Vardhmaan Automation Company Established in 2014and founded by Mr. Ankit Jain Managing Director and Authorised Partner for every thing in this company as mattress making machine supplier in the prominent name of mattress industry for supplying tape edge machine, multi needle quilting machine, single needle quilting machine, bonnell spring plant, pocket spring plant, EPE foam plant & machinery, etc.

Our major market is India and we always focused on quality machine's and latest technology machines for the textile and mattress industry. We always keep searching for the best and latest technology for customers to stand for long terms in this mattress Industry.

Korum Quilting-

In the Year of January 2016 we found a brand Korum for Multi needle shuttle quilting machine, and we supplied few sets of quilting machine in different places in India and these quilting machines are using in to mattress covers and many more mattress products as per the factory production requirement.

Story about vardhmaan automation company, After that we merge this brand to supplying single needle quilting machine for making quilts, comforters and many more products for home furnishing and mattress industry.

Machines are fully computer operated and equipped with the advance technology and running in well manner.

Presently we are planning to merge this Korum brand with to supplying chain stitch multi needle quilting machine, this mattress quilting machine is specialised for mattress industry and quilting up to 80mm thick material with wide range of quilting designs including tack & jump quilting designs for making high quality and high range mattress product like spring mattress, euro top mattress, pillow top mattress, etc.

Ricoma Embroidery Machine -

In the year of January 2018 during our Garment Technology Exhibition in New Delhi, We founded a company RiCOMA and they manufacture of various range of embroidery machine in China and There head quarter in USA.

We research about this company and we founded this company machines are very different from the other brands and performance is also very good as we personally visited the ricoma company.

Presently this company production capacity has been increased in the year of 2021 after the first covid-19 gone. Now the Ricoma company is located in Huizhou city - China. This company is now producing embroidery machine below-

1. Single Head Embroidery Machine (PV Series, SWD Series, MT Series, SWM Series, TC Series, Etc.

2. Double Head Embroidery Machine (MT-7S Series, MT-8S Series)

3. Multi Head CHT2 Series.
